1: PREPARE YOURSELF
If you wish to first read through the
steps required in this meditation, you may either

You
may do the meditation sitting, lying down or
standing as it suits you. No particular body
position is required. It
is better if the environment around you is as
quite as possible. Light a lamp or an incense
if that makes you more relaxed.
Before you begin, close your eyes for a moment
and take a few deep breaths, gently inhaling
and exhaling, becoming aware of the each breath
traveling down up to you navel and coming out
from your nostrils. As you exhale, let your
body relax as much as it can. Keeping the body
still while observing the breathing process
will increase inner awareness. After a few minutes,
open you eyes and proceed to the next step.
